Griffin Focused Solutions helps professionals optimize their highest potential to improve themselves in their life, business or career. As a consultant, I specialize in working with people one on one or in groups to help them make successful changes in their lives. Typically, my clients have a goal they aspire to achieve and my focus is to use specific skills and strategies to help them achieve it. Coaching is built on the principal that everyone has gifts within them to answer the questions they seek. Professional coaches help draw out those gifts and help people live their best lives to the fullest. Clients spend anywhere from three months to a year or more working with Griffin Focused Solutions to create change by addressing challenges, trying new strategies and taking action based on specific work.
